“美恶同辞”现象古已有之。东晋郭璞注《尔雅》、《方言》时最早提出此现象。东汉许慎、清代段玉裁、王念孙、郝懿行、俞樾等对此都发表过意见。本文试图探讨“美恶同辞”与“反训”的关系以及与反语、反义词的区别。文章认为,“美恶同辞”作为客观存在的语言现象,作为词义演变的一种特殊规律,绝不是偶然的、孤立的。它的存在,必然具有特殊的意义和价值。
“Evil” with the ancient phenomenon has existed. This phenomenon was first put forward when the Eastern Jin Guo Pu noted “Er Ya” and “Dialect”. XU Shen in the Eastern Han Dynasty, Duan Yucai in the Qing Dynasty, Wang Nian-sheng, Hao Yi-line and Yu Xun, all expressed their opinions. This article attempts to explore the relationship between the “evil” and “anti-training” and the difference between irony and antonym. The article holds that it is by no means accidental or isolated that as a special law of the evolution of meaning, the language phenomenon of “beauty and evil with speech” as an objective existence exists. Its existence must have special significance and value.
