日前,由湖南工业大学土木工程学院教师欧志华博士带领学生开发的一种高强韧无筋混凝土薄壁检查井盖,经检测,抗压强度超过160兆帕,而且具有高强韧性和抗冲击性能。该井盖使用的混凝土,采用特殊混凝土制备工艺,不需要再配钢筋,施工工艺简单,节约了制造成本。该产品具有轻薄(40~50毫米)、安装简便等特点。据了解,该混凝土材料还可广泛用于排水管等混凝土构件制备,该技术已申请国家发明专利。
Recently, a high-strength non-reinforced concrete thin-walled inspection manhole cover developed by a student led by Professor Ou Zhihua of the Civil Engineering College of Hunan University of Technology has been tested and has a compressive strength of over 160 MPa and high strength, toughness and impact resistance. The concrete used for the manhole cover adopts the preparation process of special concrete and does not need to be matched with the reinforcing steel bar. The construction technique is simple and the manufacturing cost is saved. The product is light (40 ~ 50 mm), easy to install and so on.
