目的 研究蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和蛇毒抗栓胶囊对急性脑梗死的超早期治疗效果。 方法 入选 60例急性脑梗死患者 (发病 6～ 8h以内 ) ,分成两组 ,每组 30例 ;治疗组给予蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶3.0 u静脉滴注 ,1 2 h1次 ,连用 3天后 ,改为 1 .5u静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,同时服用蛇毒抗栓胶囊 0 .6g(本院科研药品 ) ,每日 3次 ,治疗 1 5天 ;对照组给予东菱克栓酶 1 0 IU,前 5天每日 1次 ,后 1 0天隔日 1次 ,同时监测血液流变学。 结果 治疗组 :显效率 76.6% ,有效率 2 3.3% ,总有效率 1 0 0 % ;对照组 :显效率 60 % ,有效率 2 0 % ,总有效率 80 %。 结论 蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和蛇毒抗栓胶囊对急性脑梗死的超早期治疗 ,具有明显的治愈率 ,降低致残率
Objective To study the ultra-early treatment effect of Snake Island brand refined viper antithrombotic enzyme and snake venom antithrombotic capsule on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction (within 6 ~ 8h after onset) were enrolled and divided into two groups of 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Snake Island purified viper antithrombin 3.0 u intravenously, once every 12 hours, Day, changed to 1.5 u intravenous infusion, once daily, while taking snake venom antithrombotic capsules 0. 6g (3 times a day, the treatment of 15 days; the control group was given Ling bolt 10 IU, once daily for the first 5 days and once every other 10 days, with hemorrheology monitored. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was 76.6%, the effective rate was 3.3% and the total effective rate was 100%. In the control group, the effective rate was 60%, the effective rate was 20% and the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion Snake Island brand refined viper antithrombin enzyme and snake venom antithrombotic capsules for acute early acute cerebral infarction treatment, with a significant cure rate, reduce the disability rate
