党员教育是党建工作的重要方面,关系到党员素质、党员形象和党员作用的问题,也关系到党的执政主体、执政基础和执政能力的问题。本文通过对现阶段事业单位党员教育机制的调查分析,总结出其不利之处。作者积极响应习近平同志在党的十八大报告中提出的“以改革创新精神全面推进党的建设新的伟大工程,全面提高党的建设科学化水平”的号召,从创新党员教育机制入手提出四项机制创新,在党员教育工作最薄弱环节如同注入一支强化剂。
The education of party members is an important aspect of party building work, and concerns the quality of party members, the image of party members and the role of party members, as well as the party’s governing body, governing foundation and governing capability. This article summarizes the unfavorable factors through the investigation and analysis of the educational mechanism of Party members in the institutions at the present stage. The author actively responds to Comrade Xi Jinping’s call for “promoting the great new project of party building by the spirit of reform and innovation and raising the scientific level of party building” put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC, starting with the educational mechanism of innovative party members Put forth four innovations in mechanism, and injected the same fortifier in the weakest part of Party members’ education work.
