2011年我院收治合并休克的肝脏闭合性损伤19例,结果报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组19例,男18例,女1例;年龄16～63岁,平均35.5岁。19例中有15例有腹痛、腹部压痛及肌紧张,其他4例中3例为合并颅脑损伤后昏迷,1例为醉酒谵妄。急诊室就出现血压降低
In our hospital in 2011 admitted to the combined shock of liver closure injury in 19 cases, the results reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The group of 19 patients, 18 males and 1 female; aged 16 to 63 years, mean 35.5 years. In 19 cases, 15 cases had abdominal pain, abdominal tenderness and muscular tension. In the other 4 cases, 3 cases were coma with craniocerebral injury and 1 case was drunk delirium.
