目的探讨体外热疗机治疗前列腺增生症的有效性和安全性。方法应用频率为13.5MHZ的高频电磁场将人体和空气作为二个电极之间加热媒体,在人体深部组织中产生一种高频震荡。结果290例良性前列腺增生症患者经体外高频热疗机治疗,显效123例(占47.9%),有效139(占47.9%),无效28例(占9.6%),总有效率90.3%。结论体外高频热疗机治疗前列腺增生症疗效显著,并发症少,安全性高,是一种理想的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal hyperthermia in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods High-frequency electromagnetic field with a frequency of 13.5 MHz was used to heat the human body and air as the heating medium between the two electrodes to produce a high-frequency oscillation in the deep tissues of the human body. Results Of 290 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by extracorporeal high frequency hyperthermia, 123 cases (47.9%) were effective, 139 (47.9%) were effective, 28 cases (9.6%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.3%. Conclusion High frequency hyperthermia in vitro treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia significant effect, less complications, high safety, is an ideal method of treatment.
