目的识别、分析某实验室建设项目职业病危害因素,并进行控制效果评价。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测检验、检查表法进行定性和定量分析评价。结果项目的总体布局、设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、辅助用室、职业卫生管理等均符合国家相关标准要求。项目实验运行过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有甲醇、异丙醇、乙腈、四氢呋喃、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、锑及其化合物等。职业病危害因素检测结果全部低于国家职业接触限值。结论该建设项目属于职业病危害一般建设项目,其职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of a laboratory construction project and evaluate the control effect. Methods Through occupational health field survey, occupational disease hazard test, check the table method for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results The overall layout, equipment layout, building hygiene, occupational disease protection facilities, auxiliary rooms and occupational health management all met the requirements of relevant national standards. The main occupational hazards caused during the project experiment are methanol, isopropanol, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, chloroform, antimony and their compounds. Occupational hazards test results all lower than the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The construction project belongs to the general construction project of occupational hazards, and the control measures of occupational hazards are effective and feasible.
