目的 :探析不同剂量复方聚乙二醇电解质散+西(二)甲硅油乳剂在结肠镜检查肠道准备工作中的应用疗效及临床价值。方法 :分析2014年2月~2016年5月在我院接受结肠镜检查的98例患者的临床资料。根据用药方案的不同,将入选者分成A组(35例,2L清肠液)、B组(32例,3L清肠液)和C组(31例,3L清肠液+口服二甲硅油乳剂120mg)三组。比较三组患者的一般资料、渥太华量表(Ottawa)评分及其总体液体积聚量评分、结肠镜检查结果、祛泡效果及不良反应发生率。结果 :三组患者的一般资料、Ottawa评分均无显著差异。B、C组患者的Ottawa总体液体积聚量评分显著低于A组,且B、C组患者右半结肠的清洁效果要优于A组。C组患者的右半结肠息肉检出率明显较A组高,而其它各项检查结果两两组间均无显著差异。C组的祛泡效果明显优于A、B组;各组不同部位的祛泡满意情况无统计学差异。三组患者的不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论 :3L复方聚乙二醇电解质散+西(二)甲硅油乳剂联合应用于结肠镜检查肠道准备工作中的肠道清洁度和祛泡效果均较好,同时可以显著提升右半结肠息肉的检出率,且不良反应发生率低,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect and clinical value of different doses of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder + West (II) silicone oil emulsion in colonoscopy for intestinal preparation. Methods: Clinical data of 98 patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 were analyzed. The patients were divided into group A (35 cases, 2L bowel fluid), group B (32 cases, 3L bowel fluid) and group C (31 cases, 3L bowel fluid + oral dimethicone emulsion 120mg) according to the different dosage regimen group. General information on the three groups was compared, with the Ottawa score and its overall fluid accumulation score, colonoscopy results, antidote effect and incidence of adverse reactions. Results: There was no significant difference in Ottawa scores between the three groups of patients with general information. The Ottawa total fluid accumulation in group B and C was significantly lower than that in group A, and the right colon in group B and C was superior to group A in cleaning. The detection rate of right colon polyps in group C was significantly higher than that in group A, while no significant difference was observed in other test results between two groups. The anti-foaming effect of group C was obviously better than that of group A and B. The satisfaction of eliminating ripen of different parts of each group was not statistically different. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups. CONCLUSION: The intestinal cleanliness and anti-foaming effect of 3L compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder + West (II) silanol emulsion combined with colonoscopy in intestine preparation are both good and can significantly improve the right colon polyps The detection rate, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, it is worth promoting.
