1979年以来,我国国民经济中的所有制结构发生了巨大的变化,即从单一的公有制发展成为以公有制为主体、多种所有制并存的多元化格局。这是我国经济体制改革以来所发生的最重大的变化之一。它极大地转变了人们的价值观念,奠定了市场化的竞争基础,促使我国的政治体制改革走上了不可逆转的轨道。因此,适时总结80年代我国所有制结构改革的成就与问题,对我国经济与政治体制的进一步改革无疑具有极大意义。
Since 1979, the ownership structure in our national economy has undergone tremendous changes. From a single public ownership system to a pluralistic one with public ownership as the mainstay and multiple ownership systems coexisting. This is one of the most significant changes that have taken place since China’s economic restructuring. It has greatly changed people’s values and laid the foundation for market-based competition, prompting our political system reform to embark on an irreversible track. Therefore, it is undoubtedly of great significance to timely summarize the achievements and problems of the reform of ownership structure in our country in the 1980s and to further reform our economy and political system.
