测定了50例接受异基因骨髓移植者(重型再生障碍性贫血12,急性自血病29,慢性粒细胞性自血病9)移植前后血清IgG、IgA与IgM的水平。所有病人移植前各种Ig均在正常范围,移植后却长期低于正常。IgG、IgM在移植后1～2年间恢复正常,IgA在移植2年后仍处于偏低水平。有2例的IgM有过一过性升高,原因不明。作者还发现有GVHD者的免疫球蛋白水平
The serum levels of IgG, IgA and IgM were measured before and after transplantation of allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipients (severe aplastic anemia 12, acute leukemia 29, chronic myeloid leukemia 9). All patients before transplantation of various Ig are in the normal range, but long-term after transplantation was lower than normal. IgG and IgM returned to normal within 1 to 2 years after transplantation, and IgA remained low after 2 years of transplantation. Two cases of IgM had a transient increase, the reason is unknown. The authors also found immunoglobulin levels in those with GVHD
