患者男,34岁,因“反复咳嗽、咳脓痰伴咯血16年,再发1周”于2011年5月27日入院。既往曾患“肺炎”(具体不详),鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病史10年。平素无烟酒嗜好,育有一女,体健。父母为近亲结婚,患者为家中独子,家族中无类似疾病患者。查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏89次/min,呼吸频率20次/min,血压150/90mmHg。神清,精神可,发育正常,营养中等,球结膜无充血、水肿,双上颌窦压痛,口唇无发绀,咽部
Patient male, 34 years old, because of “repeated cough, cough purulent sputum with hemoptysis for 16 years, and then for 1 week” was admitted on May 27, 2011. Past suffering from “pneumonia” (specific unknown), sinusitis, nasal polyps history of 10 years. Usually non-smoking alcohol hobby, have a female, physical health. Parents were married relatives, the only child in the family, no similar family disease patients. Physical examination: body temperature 36.6 ℃, pulse 89 beats / min, respiratory rate 20 beats / min, blood pressure 150 / 90mmHg. God clear, the spirit can be, normal development, moderate nutrition, conjunctival hyperemia, edema, double maxillary sinus tenderness, lips without cyanosis, pharynx
