我国住宅消费市场经过近两年的低谷徘徊之后,现已逐步开始回升。从住宅的销售情况看,虽然扶持居民消费的政策并没有在全国范围内大面积到位,但是城市居民表现出强烈的购买需求。1997年1~11月,全国商品住宅销售面积比上年同期增长11%。住宅消费主体开始向个人消费转移。
After the residential consumer market in China hovering around the trough of the past two years, it has gradually begun to rise. Judging from the sales of residential buildings, urban residents have shown strong purchasing needs although the policy of supporting residents’ consumption has not been widely implemented nationwide. From January to November 1997, the sales area of commercial housing across the country increased by 11% over the same period of last year. Residential consumers began to shift to individual consumption.
