复旦大学社会科学基础部(以下简称“社科部”)现有教职员工46人,其中教授10人,副教授18人。自马克思主义理论研究和建设工程实施以来,社科部在教育部、上海市教委、复旦大学的政策合力下,以学科建设为龙头、教学科研为驱动、人才培养为目标,加强教师能力的提升,注重内涵的发展,取得了显著的成效。
