采用正交实验方法,研究了3小直径低碳钢与紫铜电容储能焊主要工艺参数对直接反映焊接质量关键指标接头焊合率的影响规律;分析确定了影响焊合率的显著因素。研究结果对小直径异种金属电容储能焊工艺参数的合理选择有重要参考价值。还对接头的连接机理进行了分析研究,为从本质上认识电容储能焊提供了科学依据。
Orthogonal experiment method was used to study the influence of 主3 small diameter mild steel and copper capacitor energy storage welding process parameters on the welding rate which directly reflects the welding quality of the key indicators. The significant factors affecting the welding rate were analyzed. The research results have important reference value for the reasonable selection of process parameter of small diameter dissimilar metal capacitor energy storage welding. The connection mechanism of the connector is also analyzed and studied, which provides a scientific basis for understanding the inherent energy storage welding.
