目的观察新血压分类人群中外周血辅助性T细胞(Th17)与调节性T细胞(Treg)比值与细胞因子的变化,并探讨其相关性及临床意义。方法选取资料完整的各类研究者288例,根据血压值分为正常血压组(94例)、血压升高组(78例)、高血压1级组(61例)、高血压2级组(55例)。观察比较4组一般资料、生化指标、细胞分类数量及细胞因子[Th17细胞绝对计数、Treg细胞绝对计数、Th17/Treg、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)],采用多元线性回归模型分析血压与
