管理学诞生百余年来,伴随管理思想与人力资源管理实践的持续发展,人力资源管理思想亦不断推陈出新。人力资源管理思想的发展紧紧围绕“人与工作的矛盾及其协调”这一主线,先后经历了以工作为核心、以人为核心、人与工作整合权变、人与工作融合协调等四个时期,发展脉络清晰、阶段特征明显、逻辑关系紧凑。每个时期都孕育出一些主流且经典的人力资源管理思想,这些核心思想各有优劣,对人力资源管理研究与实践产生了极其深远的影响。
