异黄酮类化合物主要分布于豆科植物中,已知不少异黄酮类化合物有雌激素样作用和抗雌激素样活性。作者曾从该科植物厚果鸡血藤Millettiapachycarpa Benth.(产于日本)中分到几个具有抗肿瘤促进作用的异黄酮类化合物,现又从该植物叶片的丙酮提取物中分离并鉴定了3个新的异黄酮类化
Isoflavonoids are mainly distributed in leguminous plants. It is known that many isoflavone compounds have estrogen-like effects and anti-estrogen-like activities. The authors have isolated several isoflavonoids with anti-tumor promoting effects from the family of plants Millettiapachycarpa Benth. (manufactured in Japan), and have now isolated and identified from the acetone extracts of the plant leaves. 3 new isoflavones
