体育教学这里专指为室外体育课,是由体育教师和该课学生共同努力,完成该课教学任务的一个活动过程。学生们在以身体练习为主的活动中,不断具有基础知识、掌握基本活动技术,逐步提高基本技能。教师在这个过程中起着决定性的主导作用,是课堂教学及学习氛围的设计者。那么教师有什么样的教学行为,就会出现怎样的教学气氛,也就会产生怎样的教学效果。那什么是教学行为呢?它就是指体育教师在整个教学过程中表现出来的示范、语言、情绪、仪表、教学手段等。体育教学由体育教师通过自身行为表现来激励学生,引发学生对学习产生积极的应答性反应,共同完成学习任务。所以体育教师在教学中要运用较佳的行为表现,与学生相互配合,有效地调动学生的积极性,保证体育任务在良性的学习氛围中顺利完成。
