不同还原条件对ZnS:Zn.Pb发光性能的影响

对阴极射线用低压蓝色荧光粉ZnS :Zn .Pb的制备条件进行了详细地研究 ,发现随还原条件的改善 ,其结构、光谱及发光性能均有大的提高 .

The preparation conditions of low voltage blue phosphor ZnS: Zn.Pb for cathode ray were studied in detail. It was found that the structure, spectrum and luminescence properties of ZnS: Zn.Pb were greatly improved with the improvement of the reduction conditions.
