本文系用集中质量法对建筑物-桩-土相互作用地震反应进行分析的初步研究。 目前,按《工业与民用建筑抗震设计规范》对建筑物进行抗震验算时,都遵循底部为刚性的假定,没有考虑建筑物-基础-土间的相互作用。 本文在对土的分析作出某些假定的基础上,建立了建筑物-桩-土相互作用的力学模型和运动方程,提出了相互作用参数的确定方法,给出了计算步骤及框图,并已编制了计算程序。最后,利用唐山地震中的迁安地震记录作为地震波输入,对天津某工程进行了地震反应分析,并按考虑与不考虑相互作用的两种情况作了分析对比。
This article is a preliminary study of the seismic response of building-pile-soil interactions using the lumped mass method. At present, according to the “Code for Seismic Design of Industrial and Civil Buildings”, when the buildings are subjected to seismic checking, they all follow the assumption that the bottom is rigid and do not consider the building-foundation-earth interaction. Based on some assumptions made in the soil analysis, this paper establishes the mechanical model and the equation of motion of the building-pile-soil interaction, proposes the method for determining the interaction parameters, and gives the calculation steps and block diagrams. Prepared a calculation program. Finally, using the Qian’an earthquake records from the Tangshan earthquake as input for seismic waves, a seismic response analysis was performed on a project in Tianjin, and analysis and comparison were made based on the consideration of the interaction with the two situations.
