萨布素(1629~1701年),富察氏,满洲镶黄旗人,首任黑龙江将军。1629年生于宁古塔南马场(今黑龙江省宁安市卧龙乡英山村)。1664年,为宁古塔骁骑校时,曾带兵抗击沙俄入侵者。后来累迁至黑龙江将军。1685年,奉命率兵围攻雅克萨城,俄军首领托尔布津投降,被遣返俄国。1686年,托尔布津又率兵至雅克萨筑城盘踞,萨布素遂引兵抵雅克萨城下,大败俄军。1689年,清廷使团赴尼布楚与俄方代表戈洛文谈判,萨布素
