我国现阶段重视发展职业类教育,国家对职业教育的支持力度加强了,学习职业教育的人数不断增加,伴随而来的学生教育工作和管理工作难度也不断增加。班干部和学生会成员作为学校学生中的积极分子,是班主任管理班级、学校开展工作的重要帮手。院校、系部以及班级各项工作是否得到落实和解决,就看学生会干部的工作表现。所以院校、系部、班集建设工作能否做好,要看学生会干部的培养是否到位,学生会干部的素质是否过硬。
