以ＬＣ／ＭＳ联用检测技术及与标准品对照的方法，分离检测健康志愿者口服丹参滴丸后血清中丹参相关的一些水溶性成分及代谢产物。研究结果表明，对复杂的中药复方及复方的体内代谢产物仅用一级质谱（ＬＣ／ＭＳ）分析检测有其局限性，尚须进一步用多级质谱（ＬＣ／ＭＳｎ）加以检测、确证。
Using LC/MS combined detection technology and standard method, the water-soluble components and metabolites related to Salvia miltiorrhiza in serum of healthy volunteers were detected after oral administration of Danshen Dripping Pills. The results of the study indicate that the use of LC/MSn for complex metabolites of traditional Chinese medicines and complexes is limited by LC/MS only.
