目的:对土肉桂的显微特征、薄层色谱鉴别进行试验,为制订土肉桂的质量标准提供研究方法。方法:通过显微镜观察土肉桂粉末的特征;通过薄层色谱对土肉桂进行定性鉴别;通过高效液相色谱测定桂皮醛的含量。结果:土肉桂的显微特征易见;薄层色谱斑点明显,与对照药材和对照品色谱相应位置上斑点对应整齐;桂皮醛在0.005129~0.1537μg.mL~(-1)之间呈良好的线性关系,回收率达到100.21%。结论:本标准可靠、稳定,可应用于控制土肉桂的质量。

OBJECTIVE: To test the microscopic characteristics of Cinnamon cassiae, TLC identification and provide the research methods for the quality standard of Cinnamon cassia. Methods: The characteristics of soil cinnamon powder were observed by microscope. The quality of soil cinnamon was identified by TLC. The content of cinnamic aldehyde was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The microscopic characteristics of soil cinnamon were easy to see. The spots of thin layer chromatogram were obvious, and the spots were corresponding to the corresponding positions of the reference drug and the reference substance. The cinnamic aldehyde showed a good value between 0.005129 and 0.1537 μg · mL -1 Linear relationship, the recovery rate reached 100.21%. Conclusion: This standard is reliable, stable and can be used to control the quality of soil cinnamon.
