合同管理是建设管理的重要内容之一，本文针对两河口项目合同管理中存在的风险进行了分析，并对如何正确规避风险进行了介绍。提出只有对工程建设合同中存在的风险进行正确的分析和判断，才能在实际施工中确定风险规避的方式、方法，从而使项目减少或避免合同风险带来的损失。
