第二届全国混凝土外加剂学术交流会于一九八五年十一月中旬在天津召开。来自全国21个省市、自治区的有关工业部门、部队、高等院校、出版社等78个单位的114名代表参加了会议。会议主要是听取和讨论混凝土外加剂“国标”起草小组为编制“国标”所进行的试验和考察调查专题报告,并交流有关混凝土外加剂学术论文。会上,代表们充分肯定了“国标”起草小组所做的工作,同时也指出了今后工作的方向,并建议起草小组争取在1986年上半年提出“国标”草案,上报国家标准局。会议共收到论文50篇,按外加剂的应用技术,新品种及其性能试验和机理研究三个专题分组进行了学术交流。
The second National Academic Forum on Concrete Admixture was held in Tianjin in mid-November 1985. 114 delegates from 78 units, including industrial departments, military units, colleges and universities, and publishers from 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country attended the conference. The meeting mainly listened to and discussed the special report of the “national standard” concrete admixture “national standard” drafting team for the preparation of the “national standard”, and exchanged academic papers on concrete admixtures. At the meeting, the delegates fully affirmed the work done by the “national standard” drafting group, and also pointed out the direction of future work. They also suggested that the drafting group strive to submit the “national standard” draft in the first half of 1986 to the National Bureau of Standards. The conference received a total of 50 papers, and academic exchanges were made on the basis of the application of the admixtures, new varieties and their performance tests and mechanism research.
