本文通过对１８８例３４３眼５－１３岁弱视儿童的散光状态进行分析，复合远视散光占５８．３９％，混合性散光占１２．８４％，单纯远视散光占１１．６６％，复合近视散光占１１．０７％，单纯近视散光占５．５３％。导致弱视的散光度：单纯远视散光为１．８３±０．６１Ｄ，单纯近视散光为１．４２±

本文通过对１８８例３４３眼５－１３岁弱视儿童的散光状态进行分析，复合远视散光占５８．３９％，混合性散光占１２．８４％，单纯远视散光占１１．６６％，复合近视散光占１１．０７％，单纯近视散光占５．５３％。导致弱视的散光度：单纯远视散光为１．８３±０．６１Ｄ，单纯近视散光为１．４２±０．４１Ｄ，散光参差度为１．３３±０．４１Ｄ，复合远、近视和混合散光所致弱视的最低球、柱镜度数均为０．５－１．０Ｄ。
In this paper, we analyzed the astigmatism status of 188 children with amblyopia of 5-13 years old in 188 eyes. The compound hyperopia astigmatism accounted for 58.39%, mixed astigmatism accounted for 12.84%, simple hyperopic astigmatism accounted for 11.66%, compound myopic astigmatism 11.07%, simple astigmatism accounted for 5.53%. Astigmatism caused by amblyopia: Hyperopic astigmatism was 1.83 ± 0.61D, myopic astigmatism was 1.42 ± 0.41D, astigmatism degree was 1.33 ± 0.41D, complex far, myopia and astigmatism The weakest as the lowest ball, the cylinder degree are 0.5-1.0D.
