《中国行政管理》走过的25年,恰是中国公共管理学科兴起与发展的一个历史缩影。本文基于CSSCI(1998-2009年)的数据,对该刊进行文献计量分析,展示其载文状况、研究主体和研究主题,以期对该刊的发展历程进行回眸与展望。分析结果表明:刊物的载文量呈平稳上升趋势;拥有一批高素质的作者队伍,并形成了若干有一定学术影响的科学合作团体;“服务型政府”、“公共服务”、“和谐社会”、“电子政务”和“公共管理”等是本刊研究的热点问题;以国内外权威报刊、学科名著和马列经典文献为主要引用文献来源。
The 25 years since “China’s administration” has taken shape is just a microcosm of the history of the rise and development of China’s public administration. Based on the data of CSSCI (1998-2009), this paper conducts a bibliometric analysis of the issue, showing the status of the article, the main body of the study and the theme of the study, with a view to reviewing and prospecting the development of the issue. The results of the analysis show that: the publication volume of the publication shows a steady upward trend; it possesses a number of high-quality author teams and forms a number of scientific cooperation groups with certain academic influence; and “service-oriented government”, “public service” , “Harmonious Society”, “E-government” and “Public Management” are the hot topics in this issue. The authoritative sources are domestic and foreign authoritative newspapers and periodicals and Marxist-Leninist classic documents.
