网络教学是指通过计算机设备和互联网络为平台为学生构建一个交互式、开放式的非面授学习环境,其特点是资源共享,不受时间、空间限制,能够实现多向互动。军校任职教育,是对已经完成学历教育的生长中干部进行一定岗位技能、业务培训,使其能够更好地胜任岗位。当前,在我军军事任职院校中,网络教学普及率还远不及地方院校,如何营造军校网络教学环境,全面提升学员任职培训水平,本文简要阐述网络教学在任职培训中的意义。
Online teaching refers to the construction of an interactive and open non-face-to-face learning environment for students through computer equipment and Internet as a platform, which is characterized by resource sharing, without time and space constraints and capable of multi-directional interaction. Military office education, is to have completed the academic education of cadres in a certain job skills, business training, to enable them to better position. At present, in the military service colleges and universities in our military, the penetration rate of online teaching is far less than that of local colleges and universities. How to create a network teaching environment for military academies and schools and comprehensively enhance the level of postgraduate training? This article briefly elaborates the significance of online teaching in on-the-job training.
