中共上海市委党校第一期“振兴上海研究班”与上海市经济研究中心最近联合召开《上海外向型经济发展的突破问题》研讨会.会上就上海发展外向型经济的紧迫性、目标、措施、条件和市经济研究中心提出的产业结构外向化的基本思路等问题进行了广泛和深入的探讨.现将这次研讨会的具体内容和主要观点综述如下: 一、上海发展外向型经济的目标、对策和措施 (一)目标学员对上海发展外向型经济的目标提出了两种不同的思路.
