张国良 上海市人,1940年10月生。教授级高级工程师,国家特殊津贴获得者。1964年毕业于武汉水利水电学院。曾任水电部东北勘测设计院嫩江卸材沟水电站、浑江太平哨水电站等工程设计项目负责人,洮河察尔森水库工程建设管理局局长、松辽水利委员会副总工程师、副主任,松辽水资源保护局副局长,水利部规划计划司副司长,水利水电规划设计总院院长,南水北调规划设计管理局局长。现任中国水利学会副理事长、中国水利水电勘测设计协会理事长。
Zhang Guoliang Shanghai, born in October 1940. Professor-level senior engineer, state special allowance winner. 1964 graduated from Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower.
