通过比较96系列单片机INST引脚与51系列单片机PSEN引脚不同功能,提出了扩展96系列单片机外部存储空间的两种方法:设置“共用区”和扩展地址总线。这两种方法的实现手段和扩展效果均有所不同,本文结合具体使用,就其优缺点进行了讨论。作者在自己设计的系统中将这两种扩展方法结合使用,取得了较为满意的效果。
By comparing the different functions of the INST pin of the 96 series MCUs with the PSEN pin of the 51 series microcontrollers, two methods for extending the external memory space of the 96 series microcontrollers are proposed: setting the “common area” and extending the address bus. Both of these methods have different means of implementation and expansion effects. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods in combination with the specific use. The author combined these two kinds of extension methods in their own designed system, and achieved satisfactory results.
