建筑行业在全国各线城市的地位均呈现直线上升,施工管理[2]作为建筑工程的核心,它的重要性也愈加突出。建筑工程是由很多环节构成的,在这些环节中施工环节对建筑工程质量的影响最大,是关键的环节,因此在工程建设的过程中,首先就要做好建筑工程的管理工作,探索出有效的施工技术来保证建筑工程的质量[1]、安全、进度以及成本等各项指标[3]。所以本文针对建筑工程在建设过程常见的问题进行分析与探讨,并提出相应的解决方法,使建筑工程中的管理工作向着有序正确的方向发展。
