业已确认,某些FeCrNi系奥氏体不锈钢在特定的状态下具有永磁特性。为确定合金具有永磁特性的成分范围,研究了Cr、Ni含量对合金永磁性能的影响。结果表明:具有这种特性的Cr、Ni含量可扩展到相当宽的范围,Cr从12%到19%,Ni从7%到13%。但两种元素的含量需要有适当配合。当Cr含量高时,Ni含量需较低,而Cr含量较低时,则要求有较高的Ni含量。给出具有较好永磁性能的可能的成分范围。在这些合金中所获得的较好的磁性能为:Br=06~08T(6~8kG),Hc=12~16kA/m(150~200Oe)。
It has been confirmed that some Fe-Cr-Ni-based austenitic stainless steels have permanent magnet properties under certain conditions. In order to determine the composition range of the alloy with permanent magnetic properties, the effect of Cr and Ni content on the permanent magnet properties of the alloy was studied. The results show that the Cr and Ni content with this characteristic can be extended to a fairly wide range of 12% to 19% Cr and 7% to 13% Ni. However, the content of the two elements need to be properly matched. When the content of Cr is high, the content of Ni is low, while when the content of Cr is low, the content of Ni is required to be high. Given the range of possible constituents with better permanent magnet properties. The better magnetic properties obtained in these alloys are Br = 0.6-0.8 T (6-8 kG) and Hc = 12-16 kA / m (150-200 Oe).
