随着教育不断发展及素质教育的推行,在当今时代,学校体育在学校教学过程中有着很重要的地位。首先分析了业余体育篮球运动的群体特征、管理原则和原理,然后探讨了关于篮球队成员在管理中的作用,最后提出了关于学校篮球队训练的一些策略,希望能为相关人员提供参考。
With the continuous development of education and the implementation of quality education, school physical education plays an important role in school teaching in today’s era. First of all, it analyzes the group characteristics, management principles and principles of amateur sports basketball. Then it discusses the role of basketball team members in the management. Finally, it puts forward some strategies about the training of school basketball teams, hoping to provide references for the relevant personnel.
