砂仁坑位于福建省明溪县杉坑采育场后山,属胡坊乡1林1林班12小班,面积共110.3亩,坡向南、东南,平均坡度32度,较开阔,微晶黑云母花岗岩发育的酸性岩红壤,土层深厚、疏松、湿润、腐殖质层平均厚度21cm,小班立地类型3Ⅰ、4Ⅱ、3Ⅲ,该山场采用劈草炼山挖暗穴(规格50(穴面)×30(深)×40长)cm)整地,于1969年栽植造林,密度200株/亩,株行距1.67×2.00m,长方形配置,苗木地径0.3cm,苗高26cm。栽植后连续抚育五年,每年一次。前三年全锄抚育,第四、第五年劈草抚育。1982年10月,1985年10月各进
