在我国深化改革、扩大开放,建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,加强和改进思想政治工作,使之具有针对性、实效性、广泛性,是落实“三个代表”,巩固党的执政地位,完成党的历史任务的重要手段和方法。下面就这些问题谈一点看法。
