众所周知,十九路军是国民党政府的一支陆军部队,它是因参加“一二八”抗战与发动联共反蒋的福建事变而闻名于世的。然而鲜为人知的是,十九路军在福建事变期间。曾依靠华侨飞行员组建过一支航空队。十九路航空队的组建,刘植炎功不可没。刘植炎,生于1898年,广东省中山县溪角乡龙瑞村人。少年时曾在国内完成学业。1921年赴美谋生,在芝加哥的一家中国餐厅打工。在这期间,他加入了“三民航空研习所”学习飞行。
As is known to all, the 19 Route Army is an army unit of the Kuomintang government. It is known for participating in the “January 28” War of Resistance Against Japan and for the launch of the “joint communiat” Chiang Kai-shek incident in Fujian.
