散射通信技术是利用通信波束在高空10~12 km以下对流层中产生的散射现象进行通信的一种通信方式,其单跳传播距离远、传输容量大、传播信道可靠稳定,被广泛用于中远距离无线通信中。由于海岛通信对通信信道和通信设备的特殊要求,近年来随着散射通信技术的日趋成熟,散射通信开始大量应用于海岛无线通信中。从海岛散射通信的理论依据、关键技术和端站建设要求三个方面对海岛散射通信进行了分析。
