A report in The New York Times’s Web site titled “Run More Younger” reported that a noteworthy new study of older adults found that running might reverse aging to some extent, while walking would not achieve that result . Scientists found 30 early-stage volunteers aged 65 to 70. Fifteen of the volunteers walked at least three times a week for 30 minutes or more each time. The other 15 people run at least three times a week, each time for 30 minutes or longer. Runners at different speeds, but mostly at a less violent speed jogging. Scientists make each runner and pedestrian in three different, speed
