研究旨在通过对抡臂和屈臂球两种正面扣球挥臂动作技术特征的分析和公式推导,从理论上说明在排球扣球中,两种扣球动作对击球速度影响的机理。
The aim of this study is to analyze the mechanism of two kinds of smashing action on hitting speed in theory and practice by analyzing and formulating the technical characteristics of two kinds of frontal smashing arm swinging action.
