江泽民在党的十六大报告中指出:创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力,也是一个政党永葆生机的源泉,创新就要不断解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进。回顾我院发展壮大的过程,也是一个不断创新的过程。我们在认真分析我院所处的地理位置、服务人口、医疗设备、专业人员技术水平等各种因素后,确定了走社区服务的新思路。几年来,我院始终坚持走社区医疗服务的路子,“家庭病床”、“巡回医疗”、“健康查体”等多项便民服务开展的有声有色,收到了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为医院的可持续发展奠定了良好的基础。

And economic efficiency has laid a good foundation for the sustainable development of the hospital.
