市场经济下竞争不断加剧,电力企业需要按照市场化运作的客观要求建立起现代公司治理结构,参与市场的竞争。但是,电力体制由于其垄断的特性,现实状况是严重存在与市场经济不相适应的情况。为了适应市场经济的发展,电力体制改革迫在眉睫。文章在分析电力体制改革的现状及存在问题的基础上,提出电力体制改革当前面临的重要任务。
In the market economy, competition is aggravating. Electric power enterprises need to establish a modern corporate governance structure and participate in market competition in accordance with the objective requirements of market-oriented operation. However, due to the monopoly nature of the power system, the reality is that there is a serious situation that is incompatible with the market economy. In order to adapt to the development of market economy, power system reform is imminent. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems in the reform of power system, the article puts forward the important tasks currently facing the power system reform.
