2007年春,青岛市实施西部旧城改造工程,西镇一带的街坊大院要拆除,在原址上重建新的住宅楼。列入第批搬迁计划的是由云南路、汶上路、寿张路、西藏路围成的两大片,共10多个里院,700多户居民,3月18日开始搬迁。家住寿张路79号内49户的付高起一家,就是被列为首批搬迁的老住户之一。听说就要拆除这个大院了,付高起爬上了老院附近的金田公寓,站在二十九层高楼上的一个窗户前,往下看看了自已的出生
