小组合作学习是每个教师经常用到的一种学习方式,但如何有效却是值得我们思考的问题。合理分组、明确组员职责是实现小组合作学习有效性的基础;明确学习任务,避免盲目合作,是实现小组合作学习有效性的关键;恰当的激励性评价,是小组合作学习有效性的保障;有意识地培养学生合作能力,是小组合作学习有效性的法宝。
Group cooperative learning is often used by every teacher as a way of learning, but how effective it is worth our consideration. It is the key to realize the group cooperation learning effectiveness that the reasonable grouping and the clear responsibility of members are the foundation to realize the effectiveness of group cooperation learning. To clarify the learning tasks and avoid blind cooperation is the key to the effectiveness of group cooperation learning. Appropriate incentive evaluation is the guarantee of group cooperation learning effectiveness. Consciously cultivating students’ ability to cooperate is a magic weapon for the effectiveness of group cooperation learning.
