《述善集》是西夏遗民唐兀崇喜编著的文集，真实地记述了唐兀氏先祖随元军征战的战绩和定居濮阳后的功业，是研究元代政治、经济、文化、教育及民族融合的珍贵资料。此书杨氏（唐兀氏）家族珍藏六百余年，从不轻意展示给外人，最近杨氏家族愿意将《述善集》贡献给社会，不久将公开出版。本刊将该书中的两篇重要文献加标点注释提前刊发，并配发朱绍侯教授的《试论（述善集）的学术价值》一文，以飨读者。
The Book of the Good is a collection of anthologies compiled by the Tang Dynasty of Tang Dynasty, written by the Tang Dynasty of Xixia. It truly describes the achievements of the Tang Dynasty's ancestors following the campaign of the Yuan Dynasty and their achievements in the settlement of Puyang. It is a study of the political, economic, cultural, educational and ethnic integration in the Yuan Dynasty Precious information.
