“限购限贷”在短期内同时放开还存在一定难度,而相对于限贷来说,限购对于楼市的弹性相对较低,利率浮动才是帮助楼市转危为安的根本性手段之一。现如今松绑限购限贷的呼声四起,甚至有部分地方政府采取口头限购松绑、先斩后奏的手段,为了解决财政收入依附于土地的现状,地方与中央政府在博弈。房地产作为实体经济中非常重要的一块内容,势必还会受到中央扶持。
