无接触式电机旋转部分温度的测量是通过电磁波、光波及磁通耦合等传递温度信号。热敏电容旋转测温是以热敏电容为温度传感器,通过旋转和静止线圈之间的磁通耦合将旋转部分的温度信号传递到静止部分的一种测温方法。它的特点有:结构简单、造价低、能实现多点测温等。现将这种测温方法的工作原理以及将其应用于测量防爆安全型45kw电磁调速电机转子表面温度的有关问题介绍如下。
The temperature measurement of the rotating part of the non-contact motor transmits the temperature signal through the electromagnetic wave, light wave and magnetic flux coupling. Thermistor capacitance temperature measurement is a thermistor as a temperature sensor, through the rotation and the stationary coil of the magnetic flux coupling between the rotating part of the temperature signal is transmitted to the stationary part of a temperature measurement method. Its features are: simple structure, low cost, can achieve more temperature and so on. Now the working principle of this temperature measurement method and its application to the measurement of explosion-proof safety 45kw electromagnetic speed motor rotor surface temperature related issues are described below.
