慢性泪囊炎的手术,目前国内外普遍采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术,手术操作复杂,难度较大,手术时间长、病人痛苦,在基层不易普遍开展,因此迫切需要一种简便有效的手术方法,代替泪囊鼻腔吻合术。我科自1981年以来,应用聚乙稀医用尼龙管行泪囊鼻泪管插管术,治疗慢性泪囊炎20例20眼,疗效满意,现介绍如下: 播管制造、操作方法及疗效观察将聚乙烯医用尼龙管(内管径有2.5、3.0及3.5mm三种)剪成长30～35mm,分别置于器械浸泡液中,浸泡半小时,然后用生理盐水冲洗,即可使用。②1％丁卡因液滴眼,3～5分钟一次,连续3次;取2％利多卡因行筛前神经及泪囊部皮肤浸润麻醉;从下泪点或上泪点向泪囊注入1％亚甲蓝少许,用盐水冲洗泪囊一次;在内眦内侧3mm外切开
