支气管肺囊肿,我院自1973年至1987年施行肺切除手术760例,经病理证实的先天性支气管肺囊肿症计60例.报告如下: 临床资料一、性别、年龄:男38例,女性22例.年龄14～57岁,以青壮年居多. 二、病程:<1年6例,1～5年24例,6～10年13例,11～24年17例. 三、症状:慢性咳嗽55例.咯黄痰36例,粘痰4例.咯血49例,其中大咯血12例,反复发烧13例.气促9例,胸痛15例. 四、病变部位:纵隔内2例,右上肺叶14
